Or, at least, totally disregarded what they’d said to you
They probably weren’t using this influence muscle …

The truth is, we don’t believe the message if we don’t believe the messenger.
We’ve each had people that said one thing to us while doing another.
Maybe they didn’t think we’d notice?
Or, maybe they didn’t really think about connecting what they were saying to how they were acting themselves?
Doesn’t matter. This is about what YOU can start doing more of to create more positive influence in your High Performance Life.
I’m going to repeat this again so you can really absorb it …

Personal integrity with your words, your actions is one of THE most important influence muscles.
Have you been flexing that properly for the people and situations in your life?
If not, why not get back to that today?
The more authentic you are, the more people can connect with what’s real. And then your words or ideas of influence come from more trust, not scrutiny.
For the people you’d like to have a positive influence over, those integrity “deposits” compound over time.
So, the sooner you start, the more that adds up over time before you’re in a situation you’d like to influence.
