Today, I'm starting another chapter in my own fitness journey with PiYo. Believe it or not, I still get a bit nervous when about to start a new program or round. Maybe you can relate to some of these thoughts that I have as I get ready to start: What if I don't have amazing results
You already know there's a lot of mis-information out there. Some if it is even WORSE because it has a hint of truth but is told in such a way to really distort the facts. I've fallen into that trap, too. Here are some of the biggest fitness myths I still see thrown around: MUST
Accountability Is What Sets Beachbody Apart! The story below is one from a few years back, before we had the big social networks. Since then, the bonds of new relationships and accountability partners has grown even greater, thus your opportunity for success! I officially finished my Fall P90X/Insanity Hybrid Round last week! It was the first time I'd done a hybrid round but I really enjoyed it. However, the other areas of my life were extremely challenging and weighing me down heavily.
Body Beast - Round 2 (still vegan) I'm now into Week 3 of my 2nd Vegan Round of Body Beast! It's going even better this time around. It always feels great to have "lessons learned" that I can apply to make things better, to make myself better. I've been able to slowly increase weights for
Body Beast - Round 2 (still vegan) Yesterday marked the start of Week 2 for me! And, yes, I'm planning to share a bit more during this round for my own accountability and to help others. My 1st round in 2012 went reasonably well but I always learn more about nutrition and the exercises as
