Body Beast – Round 2 (still vegan)
I’m now into Week 3 of my 2nd Vegan Round of Body Beast! It’s going even better this time around. It always feels great to have “lessons learned” that I can apply to make things better, to make myself better.
I’ve been able to slowly increase weights for the various exercise, I’ve remained injury-free and my overall energy and nutrition have felt very solid so far.
My body measurements are continuing to creep up in positive ways – looks like about 0.5″ overall in chest area since start of program. Since I’m doing the Huge Program, I have a slightly longer Bulk Phase which will officially start next week as I head into Week 4.
Beast Mode! Whatever it takes …
