Life is already complicated enough as it is … the daily habits for healthy & tasty nutrition don’t have to be complicated.

It’s time to get Back To Basics with some simple ideas you can start to weave into your crazy, daily routine! You can either plan ahead for success OR accept the long-term price of less-than-healthy options.

Your choice.

Here are a few of my main ones that still allow plenty of variety & flexibility:

  • Raw nuts with dried fried
  • Natural nut butter, celery and dried cranberries or raisins
  • Veggies and hummus
  • Apple slices with natural nut butter
  • Brown rice cakes spread with mashed banana & nut butter

Pick one or two basic ideas from the list to help you this week! I know for most people, the afternoons at work are the biggest slump & temptation. This is exactly where you can start to plan for some healthier snacks.
